Mixed Veg Biryani
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the rice for 20 minutes
* Step 2
Dissolve the saffron in hot milk
* Step 3
Make the paste of mint leaves and green chillies
* Step 4
Boil the rice in water and strain it
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan and cook all the vegetables with little salt
* Step 6
In a handi heat oil and put cumin seeds and whole masalas
* Step 8
Put some cooked vegetables
* Step 10
Put 1/2mint and chillies paste
* Step 12
Now pour saffron milk on it
* Step 13
Cover with the tight lid and cook on slow flame for 10 minutes
* Step 14
Now open and when aroma comes serve hot with mixed raita
