Roast wash and mash the brinjals

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds

Add chopped onions and saute them

* Step 5

Add green chillies.

* Step 6

Add chopped tomatoes.

* Step 7

Cook well.

* Step 8

Put salt and red chilli.

* Step 9

Add mashed brinjals.

* Step 10

Cook till the masala seprates the oil.

* Step 11

Serve with tandoori roti
