Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil chana with tea bag till cook

* Step 2

Heat oil in a karahi

* Step 3

Put cumin seeds

* Step 4

Add boil chana without water

* Step 5

Put salt,red chilli and chana masala

* Step 6

Cook well in the masala

* Step 7

Now add chsna water

* Step 8

Cook till thickens

* Step 9

Serve with kulchas or poori

* Step 10

Garnish with onion,tomato and green chilli
