Lauki chana dal

#Mothersday Ma special with clay tandoori roti.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the dal for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Cut bottlegourd in small cubes

* Step 3

Put dal in the.cooker with bottlegourd.salt and turmeric powder.

* Step 4

After 1 whistle cook on simmer for 10 minutes

* Step 5

Open and check

* Step 6

Heat ghee in a pan

* Step 7

Put cumin seeds till splutter

* Step 8

Add.chopped onion.gng paste and chopped tomatoes

* Step 9

Put red chilli and pour the tadka on dal.

* Step 10

Sprinkle.garam masala and coriander leaves.

* Step 11

Serve with tandoori roti.
