Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Scrape and cut roundels of karelas.

* Step 2

Sprinkle some salt and keep in sunlight.

* Step 3

Wash and dry it.

* Step 4

Heat oil and shallow fry it.

* Step 5

Nw add chopped onuon.green chillies and raw mango pieces in the oil

* Step 6

Add salt and all masalas.

* Step 7

Add.karekes and mix well.

* Step 8

Cover and simmer 5 minutes.

* Step 9

Open and saute it well.

* Step 10

Serve.with chapati.
