My version of simple quick curry
My cooking style is always like this, use whatever available in the kitchen 😆
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat up cooking oil, then stir fry the chopped yellow onion until fragrant
* Step 2
Put in the blended chilli, i use Chilli Boh since fresh chilli is expensive. The chilli paste already has salt on it, so I don't need to put some.
* Step 3
Once the meat changing color, put in the santan/ yoghurt. Mine is Santan Sawit
* Step 4
Keep stir frying, add on a bit of water and let it simmer for 2 mins, then off the fire.
