Gyudon means “beef over rice.” It’s a very popular lunch menu in Japan. soy sauce & ginger flavored beef and onions with(mild sweetness) over rice.

Ingredient

Sliced beef

1 tablespoon

Soy sauce

1 tablespoon

Mirin

2 teaspoons

Sugar

200-250 g

Rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1. Cut a onion into thin slices.

* Step 2

2. In a pan, heat dashi soy, mirin, ginger, sugar and sliced onions. Cook until onions soften.

3. Add sliced beef into the pan.

* Step 4

4. Simmer for 10 minutes in low heat

* Step 5

5. Serve it on a bowl of rice.
