Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a big plate take whole wheat & Bajra flour mix, and grate boiled potatoes in it.
* Step 2
Now add finely chopped green chillies & coriander to it.Also add ginger & garlic paste.
* Step 3
Now add salt, black salt, and ajwain and amchur powder.
* Step 4
Next add red chilli powder and dhania jeera powder and ghee and mix everything well into a dough. Do not add water, the moisture from potatoes should be enough to knead the dough.
* Step 5
Knead everything nicely to form a dough and then rest it for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile heat the tawa.
* Step 6
Roast the roti on hot tawa apply ghee and roast till nicely done. Serve with curd/achar.
