5 tbsp

raggi flour

1 1 /4 cup

water

1 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a heavy bottom pan take ragi flour and 1 cup water using a whisk mix well and then switch on the flame and cook it on low flame for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Then when it starts to thicken a little add the remaining water and jaggery pieces and cook for another 5 minutes till jaggery dissolves.

Then add milk and elichy powder and cook it till it thickens a little or for 5-6 minutes

* Step 4

Then pour the porridge into a serving bowl and serve hot.
