Coconut Ice cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the flesh from 1 tender coconut it should amount to 1 cup, if it's less take flesh of one more coconut, keep it aside, make sure the flesh/malai is a little thick. Chopped the malai into small pieces.

* Step 2

In a chilled bowl take 1 cup whipping cream (the one which already has sugar) I use rich's and beat it till it doubles in quantity and forms stiff peaks.

* Step 3

Now add coconut cream & condensed milk to the whipped cream and again mix it nicely. Now add the chopped malai and give it a final mix, transfer the Icecream into airtight container and freeze it overnight or for at least 12-14 hours.

* Step 4

Scoop out the Icecream and serve it chilled. Homemade natural coconut Icecream. Enjoy.
