Melting ghost & Scarecrow pumpkin spice truffles

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make pumpkin puree take 100gms pumpkin remove the skin & seeds from inside, apply some oil and bake it in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes over 210°c. Remove from oven, let it cool down then puree it in a mixture blender.
* Step 2
For pumpkin spice mix take 1/2tsp cinnamon powder, 1/8tsp clove powder, 1/2tsp dry ginger powder & 2 pinches nutmeg powder mix well and keep it aside.
* Step 3
For the pumpkin spice truffles in a mixing bowl beat cream cheese & powder sugar for 2 minutes, then add melted white chocolate and pumpkin puree, melted butter and pumpkin spice mix, mix everything nicely. The mixture will be sticky & loose, just refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
* Step 4
After 2 hours scoop 3 medium size balls out of the truffle mix, and flatten the lower ball and keep the remaining 2 balls on each other and keep it outside, so the truffle will melt naturally and you get your melting ghost.
* Step 5
For scarecrow, take medium size truffle balls, shape the mouth using the front side of star model & paint the eyes with chocolate sauce, for the hat take the chocolate cream between Oreo biscuits and shape it into a cap.
* Step 6
Crush Oreos in a serving plate and place all the characters on the crushed Oreos. Happy Halloween
