Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl take boiled mashed potatoes, boiled grated corn, boiled corn kernels, salt, chopped coriander, chat masala, garam masala, amchur powder, cornflour & bread crumbs, mix it nicely & make kebabs out of it.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the kebabs of high flame till golden brown, serve them with salad & chutney.
