Drumstick potato fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the drumstick and cut it into 1½inch long pieces and keep it in a bowl of water. Similarly cut the potatoes in long pieces and keep it in water and now wash both drumstick and potatoes.

* Step 2

Cook drumstick, potato in water with a pinch of salt for around 10 minutes. Discard water and keep it aside.

* Step 3

Drain the water, heat oil in a tawa. add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, masala, boil drumstick and potato, Fry for 5 minutes on a low flame.

* Step 4

Fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
