Aloo parwal besan curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take besan flour in a small bowl, add a cup of water, mix well and keep it aside.Boil the potato and cut it into small pieces.

* Step 2

Fry the parwal and keep aside. Heat oil, add cumin seeds. When it is slightly roasted, add chopped onions and fry for 2 mins.

* Step 3

Add finely chopped green chillies, ginger and turmeric powder, and fry for a minute.Add chopped tomatoes, potatoes and parwal.

* Step 4

Add two cups of water, and boil for 5 mins.Add the besan batter slowly and add salt to taste.Allow this to cook for 10 mins.

* Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with puris and chapattis.
