First of all you pill your plantain and mash

* Step 3

Mix everything together, add water till you get a tick batter. (Not very tick just like the normal pancake batter)

Add butter to the pan and fry

* Step 5

Serve warm. And glaze with honey or anything of your choice. Also i served mine with fruit salad
