I love the colours of thai curry and the sweet smell of coconut

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slide pork thin stripe in the heating pan add oil and red curry keep frying till get red oil add half coconut cream stir well till everything mixed add pork keep stirring till cook ,in go the eggplants and grachine then add fish sauce, sugar, pork stock then pour the rest of coconut cream and add basil keep stirring turn off heat. If you like more sweet add little bit more sugar.
