Cadbury Chocolate Brownies

This is really sweet Chocolate brownies and because I use the ready-to-eat chocolates milk, not dark chocolate ... but my husband and daughter say it's very delicious and they like it if I don't forbid it, they will eat it right away 😁😁 Got so much chocolate given by friends, so I just try to make and deconstructed the chocolate become brownie. And yuppp...the results is yummy... crunchy outside and moist inside perfect for afternoon tea or coffee ☕

Ingredient

200 g

butter

1 cup

sugar

1 teaspoon

vanilla extract

3/4 cup

plan flour

2 tablespoons

cocoa powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Line a 5cm, 18cm (base) rectangular baking sheet with nonstick parchment paper.

* Step 2

Heat butter, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.  Transfer to a heat-resistant bowl.  Set aside to cool slightly.

* Step 3

Add eggs and vanilla to the chocolate mixture.  Mix and mix well.  Sift flour and cocoa powder over the chocolate mixture.  Stir so that it is well blended, I use a low speed mixer only for a while until it's blended.

* Step 4

Pour the batter into the pan.  Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked, then set aside until cooked.  Once cool, remove from heat and can be cut according to taste.  This brownie is cruncy on the outside and moist on the inside.  Suitable for afternoon tea and coffee ☕
