Putri Salju (Snowball Cookies)

Always be happy when Christmas is arrives and we start make cookies for the dish and this has become a tradition in my village . This time I also made some cookies which I will make as hampers and gifts for family and close friends. Today i made a snowball cookies but in my recipe I don't use egg as usual. Ok let's see the recipe and I hope you guys like it.

Ingredient

Food ration :

10 - 20 servings

Cooking time :

15 - 20 minutes
100 gram

ground almond

1 1/2 teaspoon

vanilla powder

1 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all the ingredients into a food processor then mix to form a dough and all ingredients are well blended.

* Step 2

After that, remove it from the food processor and transfer it to a bowl, prepare a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper and then shape it according to taste.

* Step 3

Bake in the oven with a temperature of 160 ° fan on, about 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.

* Step 4

When done, remove from oven and chill for 10-15 minutes, or until just a little warm to the touch before coating with icing mixture.

* Step 5

Pour powdered sugar into a bowl, and once the cookies are warm to the touch, can start coating them. Dip each cookie in powdered sugar, then transfer to a wire rack until cool.

* Step 6

Once completely cool, dip each cookie one more time in powdered sugar.  Make sure the cookies are completely coated and snow white.
