ASINAN BUAH DAN SAYUR (Fruit and Vegetable Pickled)
This is an Indonesian salad of raw vegetables and fruit, made as like pickles and the ingrediant are made from various vegetables or fruit. You can add any fruit or vegetable you like according to taste, and this is so good to enjoy at summer weather, taste so fresh and mouth watering.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend the ingredients until smooth, and Mix together with water.
* Step 2
Put all the fruit and vegetables, stir until evenly distributed. Soak for about 3 hours so that the sauce is absorbed before it's finally served.
* Step 3
Serve and sprinkle with roasted / fried peanuts and enjoy while cold with crackers.
