Soy Milk Eggnog
In Japan, I don't see Eggnog at grocery store...so I just decided to make a homemade one! Plus, I can make Eggnog in a healthier way. Merry Christmas! Cheers!!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a milk pan, beat the egg. Add the milk and sugar, then blend with a hand blender or with a whisk.
* Step 2
Cook over low heat. Add the spices and vanilla, stirring constantly until thick. (Do not burn it!)
* Step 3
Remove the clove. Add the liquor and blend well with a hand blender. All set to enjoy your healthy Christmas drink!
* Step 4
*note* I added 1 Tbsp Cointreau. and it was yum!
