Dhokla Muffins

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take bowl put besan, turmeric powder, paste, sugar, salt, hing, curd and mix it nicely, if required than add water and make thick batter like pakodre.
* Step 2
We made this dhokla in microwave. So take mould put besan batter in moulds. Like this process fill all mould and baked it for on microwave for 3 min. After that demould it.
* Step 3
Than Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat, Add mustard seeds stir for 3-4 seconds, add green chili stir for few seconds.
* Step 4
Cover the pan and turn off the heat. First drizzle the hot water over dhokla this will keep the dhokla moist. Then drizzle the seasoning over.
