Bottle gourd fritters

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly peeled bottle gourd and cut it into small circle.
* Step 2
Now take gram flour add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carrom seeds, ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, salt and make batter.
* Step 3
Now take Kadhai put oil for heating.
* Step 4
Now take bottle gourd, put in batter and deep fry it in oil. Make all fritters like this.
* Step 5
Then served with any dips or sauces.
