Coconut Rice Flour Spicy Balls

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take Kadhai put 1 glass water boil it with salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, dessicated coconut, kasuri methi, red chilli powder, coriander powder, oil.
* Step 2
Then add rice flour and saute it till flour get gathered and become like Halwa.
Then switch off and keep cool.
* Step 3
Then make small Balls from gathered flour.
* Step 4
Now take pan put oil and heat it add mustard seeds and kasuri methi and splutter them and then add rice coconut balls and saute it for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
It's ready to enjoy with any dips or sauces.
