Ingredient

oil

1/4 tsp

carom seeds

as per taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

crushed ginger

1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

amchur

4 tablespoons

oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl put flour, carom seeds, salt, oil and make a soft dough.

* Step 2

In a bowl add mashed potatoes then add peas, ginger, green chillies, red chilli, coriander leaves, Garam masala powder, amchur, salt and mix it properly.

* Step 3

Make small rolls of dough and roll it into a 4" diameter circle. Cut it into two parts like a semi-circle.

* Step 4

Now take one semi circle and fold it like a cone. Use water while doing so. Place a spoon of filling in the cone and seal the third side using a drop of water.

* Step 5

Now heat oil in kadhai and deep fry all samosas as golden brown.

* Step 6

Enjoy with any dip or sauce.
