1 tablespoon

red chilli powder

1 tablespoon

coriander powder

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly soaked the UradDal for 3 hours. Then in grinder grind it.

* Step 2

Now take bowl put UradDal, palak, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, afesotedia and mix it properly.

Then take Idli stand fill it with batter in all cavity.

Now take cooker without whistle and rubber and put water in it. Now Idli stand put it in cooker, and close it.

After 10 minutes check with toothpick and enjoy Palak UradDal Idli with any dip.
