1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

Ajwain

1 tablespoon

kasuri meethi

as per taste

Salt

2 tablespoons

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl put besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, onion, tomato, green chilli, salt, Ajwain, cumin seeds and with water make batter and put it aside.

* Step 2

Then take non-stick pan drizzle oil and then spread batter and make it round.

* Step 3

Roast it from both sides evenly.

Serve it with any dip or chutney.
