Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly heat the oil in kadhai, then put cumin seeds and spluter them.

* Step 2

Now add lauki, soyagranuls, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and on sim cooked till lauki got tender.

* Step 3

After cooked switch off the flame and served it with roti, Puri.
