Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly make a dough of rava with warm water. In Rava add salt and make dough like roti dough and cover with muslin clothes and keep aside.
* Step 2
Then make a fine paste of chana dal.
* Step 3
Now in bowl take Chana dal paste add salt, green chillies paste, red chilli, Turmeric powder chopped coriander leaves and mix it nicely.
* Step 4
Meanwhile in big vessels boil water.
* Step 5
Now take dough and again knead it. After that take roti size dough and through palm make Puri and in center put ChanaDal mixture. Give shapes like gujiya.
* Step 6
Now put in that warm water vessels slowly slowly and boil them for 10 min. You also check with fork. After that you one by one bring out from warm water and let them cool and serve it.
