Cheesy Garlic Bread

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly activate yeast with 1/4 cup Lukewarm milk, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1teaapoon active yeast For 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add 1 cup maida, pinch of salt, chopped garlic powder, mixed herbs, 1 tablespoon butter. Knead the dough for 10 mins. coat oil and rest for 2 hours.
* Step 3
Punch the dough and flatten it to round shape.
* Step 4
Mix 1/4 cup butter, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, chopped garlic, coriander leaves, corns.
* Step 5
Then spread on top generously and top with mozzarella cheese around 1/4 cup on half of the dough.
* Step 6
Fold the dough and seal the edges, brush remaining butter mixture, mark marks over the bread without cutting them fully.
* Step 7
Bake in preheated oven at 200°c for 15/20 mins or till the bread turns brown on both the sides.
* Step 8
Serve with mayo / ketchup
