Bisi Bele Bath

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly the soak rice for at least 30 mins.
* Step 2
After that soak tamarind in half cup hot water. Squeeze it and filter to a bowl.
* Step 3
Then add the bisi bele bath powder, jaggery, salt to the tamarind juice and mix it nicely and keep aside.
* Step 4
After that mash the dal to smooth and add to rice.
* Step 5
Now Pour 1 cup of water and cook the veggies till they are Tender.
* Step 6
Pour the tamarind mix and stir well. Allow it to boil for few minutes.
* Step 7
Add the mashed dal and rice, mix it nicely. Add 1 cup water and stir well. Let the rice come to a boil on a medium flame. This takes around 5-6 minutes.
* Step 8
Your authentic Bisi Bele Bath is ready.
