Ingredient

Food ration :

5 to 6 servings

Cooking time :

40 to 45 minute
2 1/2 cups

rice (soaked)

Half cup

yogurt

to taste

Salt

Half cup

oil

2 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pateelay mea oil garam krien.

* Step 2

Zeera or sabut garam Masala Dal kar fry krien.

* Step 3

Onion add kar ke fry krien.

* Step 4

Jab onion golden brown hojay potatoes add krien.

* Step 5

Potatoes ko 3 to 4 Minutes fry krien.

* Step 6

Ginger garlic paste add kar ke fry krien.

* Step 7

Ab tomatoes, yogurt, salt or green chilli paste add krien.

* Step 8

Cover kar medium low flame krdien.

* Step 9

Jab tomatoes soft hojaien tb achi tarah bhoonien.

* Step 10

Ab boiled sabut masoor or rice add krien.

* Step 11

Salt, garam Masala Powder, 2 tbsp ghee add krien

* Step 12

Water add krien ke rice cook hojaien.

* Step 13

Cover kar ke dum par rakhdein.

* Step 14
