sugar

2 1/2 cup

water

1 pinch

food colour

5 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Phehly corn flour mea 1 1/2 cup Pani dal kr mix krlein.

* Step 2

Colour bhi add krdien.

* Step 3

Ab heavy bottom pan mea aik cup Pani or sugar dal kr sheera bnalein.

* Step 4

Sheera thick Hona chahiyay aik taar.

* Step 5

JB aik taar sheera hojay TB corn flour wala mixture sheeray mea add kr k muslasal spoon chalaty rehna Hy.

* Step 6

Slow flame pr musalsal spoon chalaty rahein k koi ghutli na bnjay.

* Step 7

Thick hony lgy TB aik spoon ghee add kr dein.

* Step 8

10 minutes tk spoon chalaty rahein.

* Step 9

Phr 1 tbsp ghee add krdien.

* Step 10

Musalsal spoon chalaty rahein.

* Step 11

Phr 10 minutes bd aik or spoon ghee add krdien.

* Step 12

Again 10 minutes bd aik or spoon ghee add krdien.

* Step 13

Muslasal spoon chalaty rahein.
