Mix the flour in water until they thicken. And add salt,red chilli powder,asafetida,carom seeds. Mix well
* Step 2
Now cut your potatoes into thin slices.(Make sure you remove the peel)
* Step 3
Now dip them in the marinade prepared before.
* Step 4
Now take a vessel and fry them one by one
* Step 5
