Coconut Chutney (from Coconut Powder)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all ingredients (except oil, curry leaves and mustard seeds) into 1 cup water and grind for 30 secs (I use a 900W heavy duty blender). Add salt as per taste.
* Step 2
Tempering with curry leaves and mustard seeds in 1 spoon oil. Serve fresh or store in refrigerator.
