Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the dal.boil it 80%.
* Step 2
Chopped the onion, tomato,garlic and green chilli.
* Step 3
Take a kadhi add desi ghee and jeera crackle it.Then add garlic cook it till golden brown then add onion and green chilli cook it till gloden brown then add tomato.
* Step 4
Then add dry masala and water cook it few minute.
* Step 5
Then add chana Dal and mix it properly.cook it on high flame for few minute. Then add dhainya leave and lemon juice.
* Step 6
Garinsh with lemon and serve it.
