Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the matar and soak it for4-5 hours and then boil it.
* Step 2
Take a blend add chutney ingredients and make a smooth chutney.
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil, garlic, onion and green chilli cook it till golden brown
* Step 4
Add dry masala and boiled matar.
* Step 5
Then add green chuntey and mix it. Bring one boil and cover it with lid and cook it for 10 min.
* Step 6
Garnish with onion, tomato, and dhaniya leave.
* Step 7
Serve it with kulcha and green chuntey.
