Ingredient

Khoya

1 cup

sugar

1/2 tsp

black pepper

1/2 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take the pan add suji and roast it few minute. Mashed the Khoya.

In the pan add roasted suji add grated coconut mix it then add Khoya mix it switch off the gas then add elachi powder, black pepper, chopped almond, sugar mix it properly

In bowl add maida, ghee and water make the hard dough and keep aside for 10 min.

* Step 4

Take the small ball from dough and roll it make the small roti. Then take gujiya stand put roti over it

* Step 5

Fill the stuffing. Apply some water in the edges.fold it and remove the extra roti.open it and remove from stand.

Fry the gujiya.after fry

Serve it hot.
