LOBIA MOTI PULAO (kidney beans kofta Pulao)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First put chicken boneless chunks, an onion chopped, green peppers chopped, salt and peppers in chopper and chop well.
* Step 2
Make its fine paste to make balls.
* Step 3
Now deep fry koftas and place a side.
* Step 4
Now saute onions in 2 tbsp oil add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, plums and green peppers in it. cook until tomatoes get softened then add koftas in it
* Step 5
Cook for a while then add water, some whole spices and mint leaves in it
* Step 6
Now add half boiled rice in it and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes until done.
