Mint potatoes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 2 big potatoes peel them off then cut in to pieces. cut mint leaves and green peppers too
* Step 2
Now take a pan add 2 to 3 tb spoon oil along with cumin seeds and sautee for a while
* Step 3
Now add potatoes and let them cook
* Step 4
Keep stirring while cooking
* Step 5
Add green peppers and seasoning
* Step 6
Put the lid and cook until done
* Step 7
Add mint leaves in last and toss for a while
* Step 8
Ready. Enjoy with parathas.
