Spring Mustard Farro Salad
Spring asparagus. Nutty fresh flavors, color!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the Farro - 1cup of water, add Farro once boiling- 2 cups. Put lid on, turn to a simmer for 20 minutes until water is absorbed but rice is also softer not chewy.. if it’s not soft but water is dry add a bit more. You want water to evaporate but need rice Farro softer.
* Step 2
Drain water- add Farro into a bowl
* Step 3
Chop up 🌶️, dice. Add asparagus, Italian seasoning.add honey mustard vinaigrette, salt and pepper and green onions.. mix in Farro add lemon 🍋 juice
* Step 4
Cover and let chill in fridge 60 minutes
