besan

to taste

Salt

2 pinches

crushed ginger

7-8 spoon

Water

1 bowl

Fresh curd

1 pinch

hing

1/4 spoon

jeera

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take besan add salt, ginger,haldi,green chilli and mix it,add little water and whisk it with hand,make phulki batter.

Heat the oil,drop the phulki batter whisk the curd add phulkies

* Step 3

Take pan add 1 spoon oil,add jeera,red chilli powder,heeng

* Step 4

Pour the heeng jeera on the curd.Garnish with fresh green coriander. Raita is ready to be served.
