katori:
1 cup
wheat flour
1/2 tbsp
salt
1/2 tsp
ajwain
Some
Oil for frying
For
stuffing:
As required
Imli gur chutney
1 cup
sweet curd
As required
Coriander chopped
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put the wheat flour,salt,ajwain and mix it well.
* Step 2
Pour 1 spoon oil and mix it properly add little water knead soft dough.Keep aside for rest 15 mins.
* Step 3
Make a small size balls and flat it,then shape it katoris with mould then deep fry it.
* Step 4
Now fill the katoris with boiled and chopped potatoes,chopped onions,sweet curd and imli chutney,Coriander, then sprinkle salt chat masala chilli flakes and besan sev on stuffing.Now chatpati katoris is ready to eat.Thank you
