Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Black dal is soaked overnight cook dal in pressure cooker with 1 bay leaf, cinnamon stick,cloves, cardamom,carom seeds,milk,haldi Powder,red chilli powder,salt and water allow it to come 4 whistles

* Step 2

Now heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds. Saute for few seconds saute all spices and then add all pastes

* Step 3

Give it a good stir add garam masala, cover and cook for sometime, now add fresh cream.

* Step 4

Once it is started release oil and add boiled Dal, cook for sometime and garnish with fresh cream

* Step 5

Keep a piece of butter and serve with naan or chapati
