Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk curd and make it smooth.
* Step 2
Add gram flour in it and make a lump free batter. Add the water in it.Add salt
* Step 3
Now cook it and continuously stir it..when it starts boiling low the flame and add sugar in it. Let it cook
* Step 4
Put a tadka pan on flame add ghee in it and make a tadka
* Step 5
Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and Fenugreek seeds in it.add Asafoetida and chopped green chillies, dry red chillies, ginger and curry leaves in it.
* Step 6
Add this tadka in Kadhi.cook for 2-3 minutes add chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with khichdi or pulav.
