Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep 4 cups water to boil
* Step 2
When water stared boiling add salt few drops of oil and noodles in it.
* Step 3
Cook it for 5 minutes. Then drain it's acsess water. Keep noodles in Steiner for few minutes
* Step 4
Chopped all the veggies in long pieces.
* Step 5
Heat oil in kadhai add ginger garlic paste in it. Saute for few seconds, add veggies and saute it on full flame fastly. add vinegar
* Step 6
Saute veggies for 2 minutes.Add boiled noodles in it. mix it well. Add all the sauces. Mix it well
* Step 7
Take one small piece of charcoal and keep it on flame
* Step 8
Remove charcoal from flame and set it in small bowl. And keep this bowl in middle of ready noodles.
* Step 9
Add 1-2 drops of oil on it and cover it immediately for 2 minutes.
* Step 10
Smokie flavor mix in noodles. Now it's ready to serve. Bhi nice in taste.
