Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in heavy bottom pan/ kadhai, add caraway seeds and cumin seeds in it when it started crackling add asafoetida in it. Add green chillies and ginger paste saute it. Add grated bottle gourd salt, turmeric powder and cook it for 2 minutes.

* Step 2

Add gram flour in it and stir it then cover it. Stir in between.

* Step 3

Add cumin and coriander powder, garam masala crushed fennel seeds mix it and cook it. Add chopped coriander leaves. our stuffing is ready.

Make a soft dough of wheat flour adding salt and oil. Keep it for 15-20 minutes.

* Step 5

Heat griddle on low flame. Pick a small ball of wheat dough dust it With wheat flour and roll it little stuff it with ready mixture cover it nicely and again roll it carefully.

* Step 6

Put it on preheated griddle and fry it by flipping both the sides crisper pouring butter or oil.

* Step 7

Serve it hot with any raita or chutney.
