Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak rice in water for 15-20 minutes. Cook rice 80% adding few drops of oil. Remove it's extra water.

Spred rice in strainer for cooling

Add cloves in same ghee, then add rice and sugar in it and orange colour in it mix it well

* Step 4

Heat ghee in kadhai add sliced cashews and fry it.. Remove it from ghee.

* Step 5

Add cloves in same ghee. Add rice, sugar and orange colour.. Mix it well.

* Step 6

Cook it till sugar syrup absorbs and rice become soft. Add cardamom powder and chopped almonds,Safforn strands in it. Add grated coconut also.cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Serve it hot.
