Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak dry peas in water for 7-8 hours.

Now pressure cook it adding bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon and little salt.

Now make a fine paste of tomato, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and curd.

Heat oil in kadhai add cumin and mustard seeds in it.add Asafoetida in it.

Add tomato paste in it and stir it.

When oil started realse add dry spices in it.

Add boiled peas and water if nessesary.

Let it cook.

Serve hot with steam rice or chapati
