Ingredient

100 gms

almonds

100 gms

pistachio

1 gm

saffron

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add almonds and pistachios in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 2

When it's skin shrinks remove it from water and add in normal water. Remove it's skin.

* Step 3

Immediately add that in kadhai and roast till water absorbed totally. Remember one thing that colour not be changed.

* Step 4

You can keep in sunlight or in dry in microwave as well.

* Step 5

Grind in mixer.

* Step 6

Roast saffron and crush it and mix it in that powder. Then add rest ingredients and mix it.

* Step 7

If you like add buchanania lanzan (chironji) and cuttings of almond in it.
