Small onion currey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel cover of onions and cut it's caps from both sides. Now mark a cross shape on the top.

Heat oil in heavy bottom pan or kadhai. Add kalaunji, cumin and mustard seeds,when it crackle add Asafoetida and then onions in it, saute it.

* Step 3

Add salt and turmeric pwder mix it. And cover it with lid pounds some water on lid. Cook onions for 4-5 minutes. Now add red chilli pwder,coriander pwder and slowly stir it. Again put lid and cook.

* Step 4

This curry specially served with Jawar roti bt you can served it as your choice.
